equipment essentially cannot be resold
(or even given away).
Not by consignment stores. Not
by charitable organizations.
Not on Craigslist. Not on Ebay.
Not at your garage sale.
In addition,
expensive testing standards for all
products intended for children under
13 years old will effectively put
many home based / crafting
businesses OUT OF BUSINESS.
